Take a look at most people who pass you on the street. Check how they drag themselves along, everything is a chore.

Their shoulders stooped, the pre – age shows in their face, high blood pressure due to neglect, service and proper nutrition.

If you do not service your car, it will let you down sooner than you expect.

Everything on this planet that serves us needs proper servicing and maintenance.
