This low fat home baked bread is so so easy to make, you can make it with or without the fruit and sunflower seeds. I personally like the sweet version, but not too sweet of course.

It just takes 4 simple ingredients, flour baking soda, salt, and yogurt, to make this very low fat home made bread, and simple add the fruit and seeds if you like for a change and for a country rich flavor.
