Vitamins do not make you gain weight. If you wish to gain some healthy weight, you need to eat healthy carbohydrates and good protein.

Oats and Yoghurt for breakfast. Chicken and pasta for lunch. Look for good complex carb food like bananas, rye bread, boiled potatoes. Good proteins, Fish, Turkey, Beans, ChickPeas, Chicken.
Make yourself a good diet plan with these ingredients, and the weight you wish will be healthy firm, and your body will develop an overall toned look.
