Are Doctors right in explaining cellulite away as the same type of fat found elsewhere on the female form. In fact most Doctors will tell you that when closely examined under a microscope, cellulite is the same as all other fat found on the female body.
But because cellulite is simply just passed off as fat from being overweight by some, doesn’t mean it isn’t recognized as a separate medical condition from ordinary fat cells elsewhere in the developed world.
French Doctors for instance believe that cellulite is caused by water retention body toxins and waste, aggravated by the action of women’s hormones. And if not treated properly, can lead to further health problems and complications. But I am afraid that Doctors in the USA and UK still have tunnel vision when it comes to explain or take cellulite seriously.
As one Dr told me recently, we are only responsible for keeping our patients alive and basically healthy, we are not concerned with the different types of fat or origin. That is a job for a nutritional expert.
