So long as you follow the routines given by your instructor, and feed those sore tired muscles after working out, you will gain muscle definition fast. But because you were born with a very strong Metabolism, you need to eat as much as possible High Complex Carbs and High Protein meals.
Load up on Porridge for breakfast. Lots of Boiled potatoes Chicken, Fish, Lean Turkey Beans for protein, and your muscles will grow .. A good weight gain drink between meals will boost the process.
