Lots Of  Fast Cardio. Treadmill, Cycle and stepper. Followed by correct stretches.. These exercises and stretches will push the blood through all veins and muscle groups including your legs. But, it is good to have an instructor check your blood pressure first. If the pressure is not in a normal band, then consult your GP.

BUT In fact, cardio is very important. Before anyone embarks on a bodybuilding regime, they should start with cardio,to help rid one’s self of fat and loosen up all muscle groups, getting one ready for the vigorous workouts required in bodybuilding.
