After doing pull-downs, dead-lift squats or any exercise effecting the neck, you must follow up with neck stretches. This is very important, or you will have many problems.
Push your head down to left shoulder, hold for 10 sec, then right shoulder, return to normal position. Then tilt your head back as far as possible for count of 10 while looking at the ceiling.
Then return to normal position looking forward, now turn your head sideways to look over your left shoulder, hold for 10 then right shoulder for 10 seconds. That’s it, your neck will start to feel better and more supple.
