You do not need to stay any longer in the gym than that which is required to do your workout program. For instance. I train for around 40 minutes 3 to 4 times weekly completing two muscle groups per session.
Longer does not equate to more success. Dedication and concentration on what you are doing is much more productive and satisfying. So stay the course and focus more attention on diet and load up on amino acids multivitamins (and a natural testosterone booster if you are male) for strength muscle tone and endurance ready for the vigorous workouts required in bodybuilding.
