If you are new to working out, simply join a good gym. Explain you are a novice and explain your goals. At that point you will be placed with a qualified fitness trainer who will design a program for you, and which will be changed every few weeks for maximum effect on muscle growth.

They will also design a diet, and recommend which supplements you will need to take to facilitate muscle repair fast after workouts. After a few months you will have a good understanding of how to put together a good program, and fully understand the supplements you need to get that mag physique, which will quickly follow.
