Just stick with one hour covering two muscle groups, x 3 sets of 10. So long as you do the exercise correctly, you will have no problem of over working your muscles. If unsure, see an Instructor.

Give at least 30 hrs of rest between working out again, eat well, plenty of complex carbs before working out, followed by plenty of proteins and complex carbs, steer clear of soft drinks sweet foods loaded with sugar, junk food, and take some amino acids and a good multi vitamin.
