I just made two Quiche Dishes one full of Chicken with peppers, oinons,garlic and eggs on right side.
The other on the left is made with mushrooms, peppers, onions, garlic, corn and tomatoes…A meal on the run, or after a workout at home or in the Gym. Can be eaten hot or cold, the choice is yours, whatever way to like to eat it.. Good healthy food, low in fat, high in Protein.
