Nothing to be gained if you do not eat sensibly. Eat only when you feel Hungary, do not sit down to set meals like Lunch and Dinner. Eat a good breakfast, then eat small meals or snacks throughout the day and evening. Making sure your snacks or full of Protein and or complex carbs.

Set meals overload your system, making you tired and Lethargic, and this leaves you prone to weight gain.   

Set Dinners and Lunches were created by the English aristocracy in the 1700s for the Idle Rich.

My advice to my students who want to get in shape….. Shelve the Dinners.
