Brew your own. Buy some black-ground coffee beans. They are the strongest. Some coffee companies label the strength from 1 to 10. 10 is very strong. Put 3 cups full of bottled water in a small saucepan, add 1.5 tablespoons of the coffee, bring to a boil then Simmer for 3 minutes.
Then strain the coffee, and add nothing, no sugar or milk. Drink half a cup full before you train. This will set your energy on fire.
