Breakfast: Porridge Oats For Breakfast. Supplies Energy and carbs, providing healthy weight gain.
Lunch: should consist of Rice or Pasta dishes, lots of pasta. or lots of boiled potatoes. The weight gain should be healthy, so add lots of lean Chicken, Turkey,and Fish for protein. Tuna cans in Brine, not oil, provide 23 grams of lean protein.
Now, supplement with a good weight gain powder in between meals and you will gain quality weight. Couple this with a bodybuilding regime, and your weight will increase.
