They are not a substitute for healthy food, but are needed all the same. Eating boiled organic vegetables will provide very little vitamins and minerals, as they get destroyed in the boiling process.
Most meats contain steroids and water, one can only guess the damage it does to the vitamin and mineral content. Therefore it is beneficial to supplement with a good multi vitamin and mineral supplement to insure your body gets what it needs to stay healthy.
If you want the high quantities of natural vitamins minerals and antioxidants, you need to juice them, from Carrots, Celery, Cucumber . Peaches. Apricots, Pears Plums 3 glasses daily spread out through the day, and you will not need any supplements.
