Eat Before: You need to eat complex carbohydrates, like a bowl of oats, yogurt, banana’s this will provide the energy needed before working out.
Eat During: You need your energy while training, take some Whey protein drink, you can make this up and put into a bottle, to carry with you, eat some bananas.
Eat After: You can eat lean Turkey or Chicken sandwich’s they are quick to make if you are on the go, also Fish with Basmati Rice or pasta you could also add Eggs to the basmati rice or pasta for extra protein. This is some items listed.
