When working out at home. You need a first-class program to follow. You must include Diet advice for strength and fat reduction. The program must have exercises for every muscle group in the chest. This is by far the best approach. So I recommend the straight bench press, plus the incline and decline bench press exercises.

The Smith machine is my preferred medium for these exercises. So to sum up. If you wish to train out at home I suggest you purchase a good quality home gym that provides all I recommend above.
