If you are sticking to a good fitness routine. – 3 days weekly minimum, then just rest and go about your life. But keep up a good diet plus take a good protein drink between meals, plus load up on amino acids, and a good strong multi vitamin like Animal Pac for strength stamina and muscle repair.
After that, little is required of you regarding what one should do. Just enjoy life and party. Go out and buy new clothes, either larger size or smaller size, depends on what you what to archive in the Gym. When you train, your body will get bigger, if you want to build up, or thinner smaller size, to loose weight.
