Hello Friends

This is a colorful low fat salad, that I would normally have for lunch, it is  high in protein, complex carbs and loaded with vitamins and antioxidant’s, to keep you going, some of you may like this for lunch, dinner, or anytime during the day or also serve a side salad .

This  nutritious healthy salad comprises of  low fat cottage cheese, fresh tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes, olives with homemade naan bread which I also made earlier. Finished off with a couple of  Mandarin oranges for vitamin C.
