These lines are created by lifting excess weights, the stress shows on one’s face. If you continue to try to lift more than your muscles can handle, then the lines you form in the face will become part of the character of your face. It is not age-related unless your skin starts to lose its elasticity and droops. It is part and parcel of bodybuilding.
