First off , you need a good workout program designed with very little Cardiovascular exercises, as these burn calories. The program should gradually move up to strenuous exercises. Like squats,light to heavy, leg extension, light to heavy Chest press light, heavier later and so on.
Now the muscles will begin to grow , but you must feed them.
Eat porridge oats for breakfast, providing a hefty load of protein, and complex carbs. For lunch, eat lots of Chicken,Tuna… Turkey, beans, nuts, boiled potatoes. Lots of Pasta lots Rice dishes.
During the day keep eating prepared snacks kept in the fridge for convenience. This could be Tuna flakes mixed with Pasta or with rice and raw onion, eat, eat and eat all you can, when hungry , but do not eat chocolate bars, sweets or ice cream, stay away from fast foods, they load you with useless simple carbs, which turn to fat, now I’m sure you don’t want fat hanging out around your waist, no, you need lean hard muscle. Add 3 or 4 Amino Acids, daily and two Animal Packs to your diet, one morning one early evening for energy, muscle repair, and fast recovery, Keep this up, and you will add lean solid muscle no matter how skinny you are now It will be quality muscle, the type you see on the beach.
