Simple….. Fast walking on the treadmill. However here is what you do next. As you walk, swing your torso from side to side moving those love handles as you twist.
This is all I have ever done to keep my slim waist and lower abs in shape.
15 minutes 3 times weekly…. That’s all you need to do. So swing those hips while swinging your torso in the opposite direction while moving your arms forward and backwards.
Most people just run in a straight line on the treadmill, which offers very little benefit other than lose some overall weight…. But that’s not for you, Follow my instructions and you will never walk or run in a straight line on the mill again.
