How Often Do You Work Out?

I work out 3 times weekly for around 45 minutes, of course I have it honed to a fine art, and I require less time than a newbie. For instance sometimes I workout only 2 times weekly, for over an hour each time, and then I try to make up by doing 4 times next week. It all depends on my work load.
