YES, 1 hour is more than enough. After you are in shape though you can take it down to 35 or 40 min 4 days weekly. But only when you are fully understanding of the fitness regimes.
I train 4 to 5 days weekly with 40 min weight training. So train out one hour 4 days weekly until you are fully experienced.
By then you can start targeting specific showy muscles for definition.
