This is good for the chest muscle group and back with some arm potential.
But it is best one or two days weekly, as you need to train the the rest of body on the other days. By all means do the above if you just wish to target the chest and back. But what time are you left with to train the other groups.
Arms, shoulders Chest . Or do you combine another muscle group.
I personally do one or two groups together, and I train 3 or 4 times weekly. And it’s what I recommend so as to avoid over training.
It has served me well.
