Yes, this is possible but you need to change your sleeping and resting times.
So find some time in the mornings as you really need to sleep sometime during the early morning. If you do not, then your efforts will be wasted.
It is not the best time to train, but if that is all the time you have, as long as you rest and eat good foods as described in this book, then you will be ok.
