You are over the hill my friend.. LOL.. You can start at any age. I started at 26 and 20 years later I’m fitter and stronger than I was at 19. Just get into it, and get a good program, and learn a bit about nutrition, diet and vitamins minerals and amino acid requirements.
Learn, learn all you can about bodybuilding. If you start with an instructor, keep records of what they prepare for you in the way of training routines and diet. Learn from this information, and you surely will succeed… Soon you will be able to prepare your own routines from this information as you add your own methods and little titbits of info you pickup from seasoned bodybuilders like me as you become more and more experienced.
