Perform these Lower Back Stretching exercisers at home, to help build and strengthen your lower back. Easy to follow exercises you can do in the comfort of your home. The stretching exercises we are doing are called, cat stretch, raised stretch, alternate arm and leg raise, lower side twist on mat, superman stretch, and side stretch on the mat. Easy exercisers for all to do. And for those just getting started in exercises, this is the best one to start of with.
