VEGETARIAN LENTIL CASSEROLE DISH BY EDI CARNDUFF

This is a very healthy lentil casserole dish, with carrots, tomatoes,onions, garlic, peas, vegetable stock with lots of herbs and seasoning, topped with slim slice potatoes , cook in the oven for 45 minutes.

Another dish that is high in protein and complex carbohydrates. An all-in-one meal for those on the go and busy people for a healthy slim body. Also remember if you are not a vegetarian you could add meat to this dish also.
