This is a very healthy lentil casserole dish, with carrots, tomatoes, onions, garlic, peas, vegetable stock with lots of herbs and seasoning, topped with slim slice potatoes, cook in the oven for 45 minutes.
Another dish that is high in protein and complex carbohydrates. An all-in-one meal for those on the go and busy people for a healthy slim body. Also remember if you are not a vegetarian you could add meat to this dish also.
