At this young age you need to be under supervision usually. Depending on how long you have been training of course, If you are new you will receive a personal workout program from a Gym Instructor.This will cover every muscle group plus Cardio and Diet. And will be changed periodically.
This is the best option at 16 or under, after six months or so you will be capable of designing your own workout programs and putting together a good protein and carb diet required to feed those muscles as they grow.
