If you are sticking to a good fitness routine .. 3 days weekly minimum, then just rest and go about your life. But keep up a good diet plus take a good protein drink between meals, plus load up on amino acids, and a good strong multi vitamin like Animal Pk for strength stamina and muscle repair.

After that,  little is required of you regarding what one should do. Just enjoy life and party.
