I believe the forearm is the most neglected group .

It is great to have large defined triceps and biceps, but if they lead down to a very narrow under trained forearm and wrist ,the object is defeated.

Virtually everyone neglects to take care of the forearm, and yet it sticks out for all to see, and is so important. In fact, it is as important as your triceps or biceps.

If you want to wear a T .Shirt with that mag physique, don’t let it down with underdeveloped skinny forearms. The most under trained neglected muscle group in the entire body.
