You need to do your stretches before and after working out. But if you are taking supplements, one or other of these could cause this.

If so, take a little salt in some water before and after working out.

Quarter teaspoon in a little water, its the sodium in the salt you want. It knocks out the cramp within 5 minutes.

Couple this with stretches, and you should be good to go. This Will stop the cramps.
