Nothing to be gained by training when sick. It can also be bad for fellow bodybuilders
It is best to rest and get better, as your strength will also be low. So take a break, and get back in when the sickness has passed. Take 2 Animal pak’s daily two days before returning to fitness. This will give your lost energy a massive boost.
