HEALTHY LOW-FAT SALAD BY EDI CARNDUFF

Hello Friends

This is a colorful low fat salad, that I would normally have for lunch, it is  high in protein, complex carbs and loaded with vitamins and antioxidents , to keep you going, some of you may like this for lunch,  dinner, or anytime during the day or also serve a side salad . This  nutricious healthly salad comprises of  low fat cottage cheese, fresh tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes, olives with homemade naan bread which I also made earlier..Finished off with a couple of  Mandarin oranges for vit C…..   ENJOY .Gold Card Fitness Foods.
