Six weeks would be sufficient… Training puts stress on your head quite a lot. All exercises do this… Your hair grafts need time to take root properly .
Any stress here can dislodge the hairs , and force them to the surface, plus they are set to grow a certain way, according to your natural hair growth direction.
Again, stress at this time can cause the hair implants to change direction if they are single hair implants……..Keep in mind also that the scalp is forced to sweat under workout stress, this also causes bacteria on the surface of the skin, so you would be continually washing the scalp, not a good idea just yet.. That way you get to keep all the new hairs, or almost all. So give it 6 weeks to settle down before training.
Good training.
