It depends on your goals.
If its cardio, It is very good, and you will lose weight, and firm up.
But, if we are talking bodybuilding, well no, at least 40 minutes will be required if you are a seasoned well experienced bodybuilder. But if not, then one hour is the norm, to allow time to cover two muscle groups. If you add cardio, then extra time will be added for this.
After a year or so of bodybuilding, you will be able to target the showy muscles, thus cutting your time in the Gym down to say 40 min.
