The one I use for my slim 30-inch waist is treadmill fast walking… But as you walk twist your waist both directions from side to side. while swinging your arms.
So 20 minutes three times weekly is all I ever do . It is the best overall waist exercise out there Add in some Olympic rowing machine. That’s the one with a metal chain, for extra muscle tone all over.
Give it a go you won,t regret it….
