You will not gain muscle, but you will gain plenty of belly fat. But, you already know this, of course.
Stick with a good high-protein drink after working out, and you will gain muscle if you couple it with a good diet of Chicken. Turkey. Fish. Chick Peas and Beans. For Carbs, stick with energy foods like Oats, and rye bread, bananas, and all fruits.
