It is most likely the result of eating the wrong food. If it is takeaway food, it will provide little or no energy. In fact, it can make you tired. Change your diet. Breakfast energy food could be oats with yogurt, or sliced banana with yogurt for a great energy punch which will carry you until lunch.
For lunch, have lean chicken, turkey or tuna with pasta, rice or boiled potatoes and veg.This provides Energy with protein, continue with a snack or 3 during afternoon one banana sliced on rye crispbread. Or turkey sandwich in brown bread. For after 6 pm, do not sit down to a set meal, it will make you tired, and you may like to rest in a chair or take a nap. Instead eat a breast or leg of chicken from the fridge followed by an apple or other fruit, or brown bread and cottage cheese sandwich. And always drink a good glass of water before all meals.
Your energy levels will gradually increase in the following days.
