Bodybuilders take Creatine to increase strength, enabling them to lift higher weights, thus build bigger muscles. But when you stop taking creatine the muscles start to lose the high energy and size creatine produces, and the muscles start to return to their previous state.

Creatine increases Energy and Muscle size. Great product, but you have to maintain the high dosage.
