High Protein Chickpea Veg Burgers By Edi Carnduff

Hi Everyone

Check out my High Protein Veg Burgers, made with chickpeas, onions, garlic and tomato puree, lots of herbs and spices. Each burger has about 50g each of protein.

Chickpeas are very high in protein. I only use dried chickpeas, I like to know what I am cooking I like to clean the water when boiling them, as a white foam comes from the chickpea into the boiling water, and I remove it.

Cooking time takes about two hours for 3 kgs of chickpeas, I like to make large amounts and then freeze them. I can make 50 to 80 burgers. Also I like to make other dishes with chickpea.

High in Protein.
